Lowesmoor Trading Estate
This three phase £263K project on a 5 acre site involved the careful demolition & deconstruction of multiple buildings which mainly originated from the Victorian era.
There was great deal of archaeological interest shown for the site especially after the discovery of a Victorian railway line which fed the original Vinegar factory.
As part of the demolition 54K hand made bricks were salvaged for reuse in the regeneration scheme.
An assortment of stone slabs & iron fittings (window frames and beams) were salvaged & retained.
The original cellars have been retained.
