Former Royal Connections, London

The demolition site comprised buildings constructed using a mixture of steel portal & concrete reinforced frames.

The cladding included brick infills to the lower areas & the upper top 1/3 being clad in metal sheeting.

A combination of metal sheeting and cement Asbestos panels were used to clad the roof.

Our works consisted of soft strip to all buildings, demolition of all structures, removal of all hard standings and foundations to a depth of 2m.

All re-usable arisings were crushed on site to 6F2 grade & left for use by the client as part of the multi-million pound development.
